just yesterday and I was so excited to get to Graydon Carter’s editors letter (as usual after about 100 pages of advertising) to read what he had to say about Sarah Palin. Nothing there though. Damn. But my disappointment lasted only 10 mins until I jumped onto the vanity fair website and found, right there on the home page, the November issue Editors Letter. Yes, the November issue is out in the USA and we are only getting October delivered this week.
